Pledge by email
Choose an amount above — your email app opens with a pre-filled pledge addressed to the Foundation. Press send, and your pledge is on its way.
Every act of dignity begins with someone who chooses to act. Whether you donate, offer your time and skills, or partner with us as an organisation, you help ensure that no girl misses school because of her period, and no family goes without the basics of clean, healthy living.
Donate
Your gift will go directly into pads, packs and kits for the girls, families and new mothers of Makhaza and because accountability is one of our core values, every rand will be documented and every outcome reported back to you. Secure online donations are opening soon with a trusted payment partner — in the meantime, pledges by email are warmly welcomed, and every pledge is personally acknowledged.
Honest by design. Every donation will be documented, and outcomes will be reported to donors at the end of each programme cycle. Banking / EFT details are available on request via MalasheFoundation@proton.me — secure online payments are coming soon.

We reply personally with banking / EFT details, and we confirm your donation the moment it arrives — no rand goes unrecorded.
After each programme cycle you will receive a documented outcome report — attendance registers, pack count records and photographic evidence included.
Volunteer
The Foundation is powered by people who show up for their neighbours. Whatever your skills, there is a place for them here as we prepare our first programme cycle — these are seven ways to help.
Our distributions are designed to be community-run. Volunteers will be the hands that assemble the packs, welcome neighbours at events, capture the story and keep everything documented, turning distribution days into celebrations of dignity, never queues for charity.
We work with communities, not just for them. Volunteering with the Foundation means building lasting dignity from within — alongside the local community networks we are building, and your own neighbours.
No experience needed for most roles, just reliability, respect for the community, and a willingness to serve with Ubuntu.
Your willingness to serve builds dignity in Makhaza. We respond to every application by email as we prepare our first programme cycle.
Partner
We are proud and grateful to have Shoprite as our founding sponsor; proof that dignity scales fastest when we build it together. Businesses, schools, NGOs, healthcare providers and government institutions: we invite you to join us as we prepare our first programme cycle. Here are six ways your organisation can stand with Makhaza.
Donate sanitary products, hygiene items or baby care supplies. Pads and supplies will be sourced through the supplier partnerships we are building, your products can be among the first to reach families.
Sponsor a programme cycle, a distribution drive or a workshop series. Every rand will be documented, and every outcome reported back to you.
Help us co-host our first dignified, community-run distribution events in Makhaza — from venue and logistics support to standing alongside us on the day.
Healthcare providers and educators: help facilitate workshops on menstrual health, personal hygiene, maternal and infant care; delivered in home languages.
Bring your team to one of our planned quarterly drives. Pack assembly, distribution and event support will make for purposeful, hands-on staff engagement.
Schools, NGOs and government institutions: let’s align programmes, share networks and reach the families most left behind — together.
Recognition and reporting. All sponsors and partners are formally acknowledged in all Foundation communication materials, and receive documented outcome reports at the end of each programme cycle — attendance registers, pack count records and photographic evidence included.
Tell us who you are and how you would like to work together — there is no minimum size for a partnership, and no idea too early to discuss. We shape every collaboration around your goals and the community’s needs.
