The Malashe Foundation is preparing for its first distribution cycle in Makhaza, Khayelitsha. From that first cycle onward, our impact will be measured, documented and published on this page, not only in numbers, but in healthier families, girls who remain in school, empowered mothers and stronger communities.
A note on honesty: the Malashe Foundation was founded in 2026 and has not yet run its first distribution. The numbers above are first-cycle targets goals, not historical totals. As each cycle completes, this page will be updated with verified results from our attendance registers, count records and cycle reports.

Donations to the Malashe Foundation will go directly into the work: Sanitary pads for the Pad for Purpose programme, hygiene packs for families, Mama & Baby kits for new mothers, health awareness workshops, and the modest operating costs that will keep quarterly distributions running.
Accountability is one of our six founding values, and it has a clear chain of responsibility. Our Founder & Director, Siqhamo Malashe, oversees strategy, donor outreach and project management, supported on the ground by community volunteers who will coordinate mobilisation and distribution logistics. Together they will ensure every donation collected, every pack distributed and every rand spent is documented and reported.

Step 01 Every distribution
Attendance registers
Signed registers will be kept at every distribution event, so the number of girls, women and families reached is verified on the day — never estimated afterwards.
Step 02 Every distribution
Pack count records
Every pad, hygiene pack and Mama & Baby kit will be counted going out, creating a clear paper trail from supplier to community member.
Step 03 Every distribution
Photographic evidence
Events will be photographed — always with consent and dignity, so supporters can see the work as it happens, not just read about it.
Step 04 Every cycle
Stakeholder reporting
At the end of each programme cycle, outcomes will be reported to our donors, partners and community stakeholders — what was committed, what was delivered, what we learned.
